Hello everyone!

I visited Mildura Senior College yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, September 3rd). Mildura LCP Region is represented in the MRCC by
De Arne and Elizabeth. They were meeting with teachers Anne and Craig and practising various skills for Monday's Grand Final. Their level of excitement and enthusiasm, about the MRCC and the opportunities it affords them to meet various folk who are interested in Hospitality, was palpable.

Apart from learning about aspects of Hospitality Studies, mostly unknown to me as a former English, History and Politics teacher, I've become (a bit) more ICT savvy. With the assistance of MADEC's Lucy and Nick, whose offices are literally over the corridor from mine, I can now access Anne's blog site and have my own Google Account. Once I've rediscovered my password, I'll use the latter?!?!

Judging from responses to MRCC Grand Final FAQs, there's intense interest and various interpretation about how dishes are prepared. This discussion, can only be good for the Certificate II in Hospitality students as they're exposed to an array of experiences and observations from parents, peers and trainers.
